Teaching the next generation of confident clinicians.
I’m Dr Saba Shaikh. I turn clinical books and real cases into organised courses with illustrated notes, quizzes and exams, on phone, tablet or desktop.

Practice informs every lesson.
I’m Dr Saba Shaikh (MBBS, USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK). I write and teach the courses on the Academy: a step-by-step ECG course and a complete high-yield review for USMLE Step 2 CK.
My approach is simple: start from the presentation, build the reasoning, then test it with questions that explain every answer.

Common questions
Are the certificates accredited for CME?
No. The Academy issues a certificate of completion. It is not an accredited CME or CPD certificate.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The Academy works on phone, tablet and desktop. Progress is stored on the device you use, so it is not synced between devices.
Is this medical advice?
No. The courses are for education and exam preparation. Do not use them to make decisions about a patient without checking current guidelines.
Where do the questions come from?
They were written for the courses and are checked against the notes, but they are not an official USMLE question bank.
